Consultation & Reservation Coordination: Responding to patient inquiries, confirming preferred consultation dates, and preparing personalized 1:1 medical consultations.
Medical Care Support: Guiding pre-visit instructions and follow-up care schedules in accordance with the Korean Medical Service Act.

2. Items of Personal Information Collected

When you submit an online inquiry through our website, the following items may be collected:

Required Items: Full name, email address, contact phone number, preferred contact channel, preferred language, skin concerns/inquiry details, and privacy consent record.
Optional Items: Preferred consultation date and reference photos voluntarily uploaded by the user.
